We hope you like your order! However, we have simplified the return procedure if you still require returns. To return an item please contact We will reply within two to four business days.

Kindly note: 

Returns are accepted within four days of delivery.

All returned items must have their original labels and be in the same condition and packing as when they were shipped.

Once your return has been accepted, we'll immediately email you and ask for a reimbursement.

Depending on the region, refund processing can take anywhere between seven and thirty days.

We will send the reimbursement to the original billing address.

We'll issue a refund via the initially used payment method, minus shipping fees.

Please remember that we are not responsible for delays in crediting the cardholder's debit or credit card account.

The cardholder's issuing bank handles that. If you are experiencing any problems, please get in touch with our customer service.

Exchange and cancellation Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order. Refunds for payments charged to the cardholder's debit or credit card will only be sent back to the cardholder's debit or credit card account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

The quality control management staff will look at the product's condition ten days after it was bought and give feedback in two to five days.

Please send an invoice, a warranty card, and a picture of the item along with the email.
